At Mitzi Lighting, we want you to be completely illuminated by your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused fixtures in their original packaging. Please note that installed items or custom orders are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the light fixtures you wish to send back.
Print Shipping Label
Once your return is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you; please print this out and securely attach it to the original shipping carton.
Package and Ship
Ensure all hardware, instructions, and glass components are safely padded within the box before dropping the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
